Unfortunately Meg Ryan has seemed to have fallen on tough times recently, with all the rumors surrounding her lip implants and now it appears her breast have taken a turn for the worst.
Most women dread the day, when gravity catches up with their breasts and subsequently brings them down, sagging like a teenage boys pants.
And that's exactly what has happen to Meg Ryan, her breasts have sunk all the way to her belly, and going bra-less is not the answer.
