White tongue can be anemia, vitamin deficiency, or thrush as a side effect of taking recent antibiotics...possibly build-up of bacteria, but that would be a LOT...suggest a tongue scraper and Dr visit!
It's kinda like a sickness. It doesn't make your breath smell nasty infact it smells good. Miley Cyrus has ALWAYS had a white tongue. That means she has a low immune system, which explains why she gets sick alot. It's very rare though. Only one in a thousabd people have it. I'm one of them. There isn't a way to get rid of it.

well white tongue comes from numerous things..in mileys case the chances are the whiteness of the tongue comes from semen build up and residue..miley has had so much semen on her tongue that was eagerly swallowed..she needs to wash her tongue after she swallows cum dirty little girl...
